After five lost games in a row in the beginning of 2019, I was kind of looking for relief. Then, after my sixth game went astray as well, and I looked at my kingside with all the pieces back on their original squares around move 19, I despaired.

However, things got slowly better, and better, until I had to drop two pieces for a rook and a pawn, and even fight a little bit to get that pawn, and the other one, and its companion on the a-file. In the end, I overlooked a promising endgame by not playing 58... Rd8 59. Kg3 (for example) Rd5 and pinning the knight.

Even if the computer can save it by a miraculous combination of moves, I would have probably won.
